Danayi's work is rooted in experimentation, and she strives to develop unique commissions that range across creative disciplines and expressions.
“I am open to all forms of creative collaboration and commissions, from fashion films and fashion design to art directing, storytelling, and textile art. I am not afraid to try anything new, and I love pushing my creative boundaries. It's how I grow.” Please send me an email if you are interested in collaborating or commissioning me. |
The exhibition seeks to reshape the ways we learn and produce by decolonizing our senses through reflective solidarity. We created an unfinished and never-ending organic sensory sculpture using textile waste, raw materials, and deconstructed second-hand apparel fused with multi-traditional handcraft skills. The installation diverts from traditional fashion norms by emphasizing the environment, community, process, and emotive/creative experience of the making and engaging stages. |
